Researcher (stem cells, exosomes)
Job Description:
In cell-related product research and development and project management, fully participate in the company's strategic planning, project design, organization and team building, and other daily management and guidance of front-line R&D work.
Job Qualifications:
1. Doctoral degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in research and development, and possessing research and development experience in stem cell-related technologies;
2. Able to independently design and write research and development experimental plans and scientific research projects related to biotechnology, conduct scientific research data analysis, and independently write and submit papers in Chinese and English for publication;
3. Conscientious and responsible, with a strong sense of initiative, innovative thinking, and teamwork spirit.

Job Requirements:
1. Possesses solid professional knowledge and relevant experimental skills, and is able to conduct scientific research independently;
2. Applicants must have a degree in cell biology, immunology, biochemistry, molecular biology, developmental biology, or medicine.;
3. Passionate about scientific research, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork, and a spirit of enterprise and innovation;
4. Possesses strong writing skills in both Chinese and English;
5. Priority will be given to candidates with research experience in stem cell and exosome projects.
